Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sidekick, an app made by Brayden's Automations LLC ("we," "us"). By using Sidekick, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Sidekick, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Sidekick on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

Subscriptions

• Weekly subscription: $4.99 per week.
• Annual subscription: $39.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal for Sidekick.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Sidekick for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

AI disclaimer

Sidekick uses AI to generate voice and text responses. Those responses are produced by language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Sidekick is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for help from a licensed clinician, therapist, or doctor. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sidekick is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to Sidekick is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sidekick at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using Sidekick at any time by deleting the app and your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
